There was minimal hurricane damage, one door window cracked, some solar panels came off. We did have erosion by the pool and the walls were built to prevent that from happening again. Since we bought the villa, we have installed new Septic, replaced every window and door, replaced all A/C units over the years, added solar, remodeled all bathrooms, replaced 60% of the floors tiles, redid the entire outside, flooring, brick work, railings, recoated the pool all new stone walls throughout the property. Just about everything in the house and outside of the house has been remodeled over the years.
